Awards
Awards recognize great performance or milestones. These are typically one-time recognitions given for doing excellent work.

Years of Service
Certifications
Certifications verify that someone has completed specific training or met certain skill requirements.
Examples:
Certified Loader
Certified Opener
Forklift Certified
Safety Training Certified
Why track both
Tracking these separately helps you:
Recognize performance - Awards highlight who's doing great work
Verify skills - Certifications show who's trained on what
Identify training gaps - See which certifications are missing across locations
Viewing achievement reports
Pull reports on both Awards and Certifications:
Go to Reports > Talent > Achievements
View Awards and Certifications by employee or location
