Overview
Uploading your company logo is a quick step typically completed during your initial Washstacks setup. Once added, your logo appears at the top of any Claims Summary you send to a customer after a claim determination (at fault / not at fault) is decided. The result is a polished, professional document that reinforces your brand every time it reaches a customer.
When Your Logo Is Used
Displayed at the top of Claims Summary documents sent to customers.
Applies when the Claims module is active on your account.
Used after a claim determination has been finalized and the summary is generated.
Before You Begin
File limit: you may upload one (1) photo, up to 10 MB in size.
Recommendation: use a high-resolution image with a transparent or white background for the cleanest appearance on customer-facing summaries.
How to Upload Your Logo
Open the Washstacks dashboard. Sign in to your Washstacks account so the main dashboard is visible on screen.
Click the Settings icon. Locate the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen and click it to open the settings menu.
Select Company. From the settings options, choose Company to access your company profile settings.
Upload your logo. Use the upload option on the Company page to add one image (up to 10 MB). Select your company logo file from your computer and confirm the upload.
Verify the upload. Once uploaded, the logo should display on the Company settings page. From this point forward, it will automatically appear at the top of any Claims Summary you send to customers.
Tip
If you ever rebrand or update your logo, simply return to Settings → Company and upload the new image. The new logo will be used on all future Claims Summaries automatically — no additional configuration required.
